DNA Collectibles Standards
We aim to describe collectibles accurately and provide enough information for buyers to make informed decisions.
Raw cards
Raw-card condition is an opinion based on visible characteristics. A raw card is not guaranteed to receive any particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, or any other grading company. Listing photos and written disclosures form part of the item description.
Graded cards
Third-party graded items are described according to the holder and label shown. DNA does not control a grading company's standards, population reports, future regrades, or market values.
Sealed products
Sealed-product listings should disclose material visible packaging damage when known. Minor manufacturing, shipping, or shelf wear may occur unless a listing states otherwise.
Authenticity and discrepancies
If an item received appears materially different from the listing, incorrect, damaged in transit, or raises an authenticity concern, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos so the issue can be reviewed.
Third-party trademarks and product identities remain the property of their respective owners. DNA Trading Company LLC is an independent seller unless an authorized relationship is expressly identified.
