Are raw cards guaranteed to receive a certain grade?
No. Raw-card condition is an opinion based on visible characteristics, and no particular third-party grade is guaranteed.
How do I know what condition I am buying?
Review the product photos, listing description, and any condition notes. Our Authenticity & Condition Standards explain the approach used across the store.
What about graded cards?
Graded items are described using the grading company, grade, holder, and certification information shown or recorded when available. Third-party grading standards and future values are outside DNA's control.
How does shipping work?

What if there is a problem with my order?
