These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DNA Cards & Collectibles online store and your purchase of products from us.
DNA Cards & Collectibles is operated by DNA Trading Company LLC (“DNA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our store, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing from us.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this store, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, functionality, or integrity of our website or related systems.

DNA Cards & Collectibles may offer products including, but not limited to:
- Trading cards
- Graded trading cards
- Raw or ungraded cards
- Sealed trading card products
- Collectibles

- Collector tools and accessories

Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse orders, or restrict sales when reasonably necessary.
3. Collectible Condition and Product Descriptions
Collectibles can vary significantly in condition.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe the products offered for sale. Photographs of individually listed cards or collectibles are intended to represent the actual item unless the listing clearly states otherwise.
For raw or ungraded cards, any condition description or opinion provided by DNA Cards & Collectibles is an estimate and is not a guarantee that a professional grading company will assign a particular grade.
We do not guarantee that any ungraded card will receive a specific grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading company.
For professionally graded items, the grade shown is the grade assigned by the grading company identified on the holder or listing.
Minor differences in color may occur because of photography, lighting, screen settings, or device displays.
Customers should review photographs, descriptions, and available condition information before purchasing.
4. Sealed and Randomized Products
Certain trading card products contain randomized contents.
Unless specifically stated in a product listing, purchasing a sealed pack, box, bundle, or other randomized product does not guarantee any particular card, character, rarity, value, autograph, insert, parallel, or other collectible.
Manufacturer-stated odds, pull rates, or product configurations are controlled by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed by DNA Cards & Collectibles.
Market value may change after purchase, and we do not guarantee that the contents of any sealed product will equal or exceed the purchase price.
5. Prices and Market Values
Collectible markets can change rapidly.
Prices may be based on factors including market demand, recent sales, rarity, condition, grading, availability, replacement cost, and other market information.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is completed.
A change in the market value of a collectible after purchase does not create a right to a refund, price adjustment, or store credit.
Obvious pricing, listing, or technical errors may be corrected. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer and, when appropriate, cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment problems
- Inventory errors
- Pricing or listing errors
- Duplicate orders
- Quantity limitations
- Suspected resale abuse or automated purchasing activity
- Violation of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Payment Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method selected during checkout for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other clearly disclosed charges.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment processors and is subject to their applicable terms and policies.
8. Shipping
Orders are shipped according to our posted Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order arrives damaged, is materially different from the item ordered, or appears to have been lost, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and related matters are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Opening, altering, using, grading, submitting for grading, removing from protective packaging, or otherwise changing the condition of a collectible may affect return eligibility as described in the Return and Refund Policy.
10. Order Cancellations
Customers should contact us as quickly as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
11. Authenticity
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit trading cards or collectibles.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately identify the products we sell. However, collectible authentication can involve professional judgment and evolving industry standards.
Items authenticated or graded by an independent grading company remain subject to that company’s authentication and grading determination.
If you reasonably believe that an item purchased from us is counterfeit or materially misrepresented, contact us promptly with supporting information so we can investigate.
12. Collector Tools and Accessories
Collector tools, storage products, measuring devices, lighting products, scanners, sleeves, cases, cleaning products, and other accessories must be used according to their manufacturer’s instructions.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular tool or accessory is appropriate for their collectible.
Unless required by applicable law, DNA Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, improper cleaning, modification, or use of a product contrary to manufacturer instructions.
13. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including DNA names, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, original written materials, videos, characters, artwork, branding, product presentations, and other original content, may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or represent DNA-owned content as your own without authorization.
Third-party trademarks, characters, card games, brands, logos, and intellectual property appearing in connection with products remain the property of their respective owners.
The sale of a third-party collectible does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with the applicable intellectual-property owner unless expressly stated.
14. User Content and Communications
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.
You may not submit unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or intentionally misleading material.
We may remove content from our website or services when reasonably necessary.
15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services to:
- Violate applicable law
- Commit fraud
- Infringe intellectual-property rights
- Transmit malware or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape or disrupt our website through abusive automated activity

Collectibles can increase or decrease in value.
Information provided by DNA Cards & Collectibles concerning market prices, comparable sales, rarity, collectibility, grading potential, or future demand is provided for general informational purposes.
It is not financial or investment advice.
We do not guarantee that any collectible will maintain its value, appreciate in value, achieve a certain resale price, or generate a profit.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty terms may apply.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DNA Trading Company LLC and DNA Cards & Collectibles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or purchase of products.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit or exclude.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DNA Trading Company LLC, DNA Cards & Collectibles, and their authorized representatives from claims or damages resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.

These Terms and transactions with DNA Trading Company LLC will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, services, technology, or legal requirements.

Your continued use of the store after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
