DNA Trading Company LLC wants order problems handled fairly and with clear evidence. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its listing, contact us promptly at dnacardsandcollect@outlook.com with the order number and supporting photos when applicable.
Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back. Return eligibility depends on the product type, its condition, the reason for the request, and applicable law.
Because some collectible transactions are irreversible, opened sealed products, completed live-rip or randomized openings, and items altered after delivery are generally not eligible for discretionary return unless DNA authorizes a remedy or applicable law requires one.
Raw-card condition is subjective and no raw card is guaranteed to receive a particular third-party grade. Listing photographs and written condition disclosures form part of the item description.
When a refund is approved, it will normally be issued through the original payment method or the method supported by the transaction platform. Processing time after approval may depend on the payment provider.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
