This storefront is operated by DNA Trading Company LLC under the DNA Cards & Collectibles retail brand. By using the storefront or placing an order, you agree to the applicable listing terms, checkout terms, and store policies presented at the time of purchase.
Products, pricing, and availability may change before an order is accepted. We reserve the right to correct material listing errors and to decline or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary to address inventory errors, payment issues, fraud concerns, legal requirements, or other material operational problems, subject to applicable law.
Trading-card and collectible values can change. Raw items are not guaranteed to achieve any particular third-party grade, and historical sales, population reports, or market references do not guarantee future value.
Completed live openings, randomized product openings, and opened sealed products can involve irreversible actions and may have return restrictions as described in our Refund Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Third-party brands, product names, characters, grading-company names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. DNA is an independent seller unless an authorized relationship is expressly identified.
Use of this site must be lawful and must not interfere with the storefront, its customers, accounts, payments, or security.
Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Authenticity & Condition Standards are incorporated into these terms where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
